Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

I can remember as a kid standing in the kitchen, and eating 5 to 6 bananas at a time.
I love bananas! I love them, I really do! I eat them plain, in muffins, cakes, and on ice cream. When you add them to any flour mixture, a moist treat is sure to follow, and this  recipe is one great treat. Bananas and chocolate what's not to love!

Easy Banana Bread

Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.

I used over ripe bananas and the flavor of bananas shines though , so use the ones you would throw away, for they are the very best in flavor! Good Baking
